The conversation ratings are meant to give us and your team a better understanding of how the carrier is performing. Stars are subjective, but a 1 star may mean – “hey don’t call me again, lose my number.” where a 5 may mean “Yeah that’s a good rate, call me anytime.”.
Your team will also be able to see recent activity and who reached out to the carrier last.
The carrier card lists all immediate information on the carrier including truck counts, frequency, deadhead limits and much more.
To see the contact information, simply click anywhere on the carrier card. To view more information about the carrier click “Full Profile”.
If a note already exists on a carrier profile, the count will be labeled on the carrier card. Moreover if the carrier does not have any notes yet, “Add Note” will be shown.

If the lane searched has less than one page of results, then the “Request More Lanes” button will appear. Simply click the button and our CSR team will be notified to start onboarding carriers in this area.
On the carriers page, the in network button will only display carriers that you have previously mapped with C4. If the radio button is checked, then you will only see mapped carriers.
C4 is integrated with the FMCSA, so at a minimum – if a carrier has a DOT and either a phone number or email, then the carrier will be listed in C4.
